Terms of Service

The Framework of Excellence: Governing our elite transportation services.

1. Reservation and Payment

By booking with Metro Black Car, you agree to our full payment upfront policy. Reservations are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed via our secure payment gateway.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To maintain our high standards of dispatch, we require the following notice for cancellations:

  • Executive Sedans & SUVs: 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup for a full refund.
  • Specialty Vehicles (Sprinters/Limousines): 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within the restricted window will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

3. Wait Time & Grace Periods

Punctuality is the hallmark of our service. Your chauffeur will arrive at the scheduled time. To accommodate minor delays, we provide the following complimentary grace periods:

  • Standard Pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary wait time.
  • Airport Arrivals: 45 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual flight arrival time.

Wait time exceeding these grace periods will be billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's standard hourly rate.

4. Passenger Conduct

For the safety of our chauffeurs and the integrity of our fleet, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances inside the vehicle.
  • Standing while the vehicle is in motion.
  • Any behavior that endangers the chauffeur or other passengers.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund. Cleaning fees (minimum $250) will be applied for any interior damage or excessive cleaning required.

5. Liability

Metro Black Car is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, or mechanical failure. In the event of a vehicle issue, we will make every effort to provide a comparable replacement.
