We understand that plans change. To maintain our high standards of dispatch, we require the following notice for cancellations:
Punctuality is the hallmark of our service. Your chauffeur will arrive at the scheduled time. To accommodate minor delays, we provide the following complimentary grace periods:
Wait time exceeding these grace periods will be billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's standard hourly rate.
For the safety of our chauffeurs and the integrity of our fleet, the following are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund. Cleaning fees (minimum $250) will be applied for any interior damage or excessive cleaning required.
Metro Black Car is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, or mechanical failure. In the event of a vehicle issue, we will make every effort to provide a comparable replacement.
